— After contacting MBT staff, it seems like the NavPro tick charts are limited to only 1 tick intervals, which in my opinion, has extremely limited use. Allowing users to set their own tick intervals (just like custom minute intervals, which is an excellent feature) would greatly improve the tick charts of MBT's trading platform.

— The CME information on the requirements for the CME Globex market data fee-waiver are shown in the link below. MB Trading clients who have a funded MB Trading account that is approved for futures trading should meet the requirements if your clients are trading through a MB Trading order entry system or platform with only access to the Globex data for the electronically traded products. Please make this market data fee-waiver available to MB Trading futures trading clients.
Please see the following link for verification from CME's own product documentation (pdf, page 21, right side, paragraph 2). Or look at the attachment, same page references. http://www.cmegroup.com/globex/files/GlobexRefGd.pdf
"There are certain criteria that must be met to qualify for a CME Globex market data fee-waiver. The main three criteria are that a user/device must only be accessing market data for electronically traded products from CME Globex, the user/device is capable of routing orders to CME Globex, and the user has a capitalized futures account capable of trading CME Group’s or Participating Exchange’s products."

— I signed up for a demo account. I ave tried using Explorer and Explorer Pro and have found using them to be extremely difficult. I am a beginning trader and this whole thing is new to me.
My first problem is that I am wanting to trade options but your tutorials are about Forex. I am unable to use them. Second problem is as a brand new online trader I am not sure which features/tools that I would need to put on Explorer in order to make it work for me.
When clicking on the options button and bringing that screen/window down found that there no place that I could recognize, to put the information that I need in order to make my trade. The termnology ws different. I did find the place for the ticker and the month and maybe? the date. I found "put" but sell to close and trailing stop were missing.
So my suggestion is that you have a tutorial for beginning option traders taking them step by step and explaining what each thing means. Every one has to start someplace. If your software is easy for a beginner to use they will most likely stay with you. As it is I am having to switch to another broker, one with software that is easier to figure out. I even wents so far as to hire a guy whose has done some computer work for me and is good a figuring out how software functiions and getting things set up. After almost 3 hours he was still stumped and I was several dollars poorer. Bill

— ARCA works since 4 AM, INET works since 7 AM. Why MBT nav starts to plot premarket trades ("All sessions" turned on) only since 8 AM? A lot of news and earining releases happen before 8 AM. It would be nice if in future versions MBT Nav displayed all premarket trades starting 4 AM. read more...

— It is difficult for developers to find things on the MBT website. On the home page there is a link for Developers - which is good. When you get there, you need to choose the small menu item "MBT SDK". This page is the problem. On this page, there are links for "Register for MBT SDK" and "Join SDK Forums". This is good if you are a new developer. If you are a returning developer, it is difficult to find what you are looking for. When you click "Register for MBT SDK", there is a section of the page on the left to register. This is good. But the problem is, this is also where all the stuff developers need is located. And it's not immediately apparent where it is. To get to the sample files, you need to click "Developer Notes". This is no good. As a returning developer, I would not think to click on "Register for MBT SDK" to find this stuff. Please make the link for "Register for MBT SDK" only about registering. Please put the other stuff right on the main "MBT SDK" page. For example (this is the content from "Register" page, with some editorial changes): Welcome to the Navigator SDK! Simply install the retail Navigator and immediately begin coding your own strategies using the power of the individual Navigator OCX controls and COM objects. Use any Microsoft COM-compatible development environment from Visual Studio version 6 up, including VBA in Excel. Here are some sample programs <link here> to get you going. Here is the Help file <link here> describing all the objects and their properties and methods. Here are some Developer Notes<link here>. Here are Release Notes <link here> for the latest version. read more...

— I like to see information displayed left to right in the order of least to greatest. I wish the Market Depth window would show the Low Price of the day on the left and the High Price of the day on the right. Then I could glance at it and intuitively see the spread for the day - lowest to highest. I also wish that Previous Close price and Open price could be on the same line - in the order Previous Close then Open. This way I could glance and see the movement from yesterday to today. This way you could move Last Tick and Last Vol to the same line. read more...

— The Window menu in standard applications is intended to show the list of open windows. This is not the case in Nav Pro. I have lots of open windows (and they are all inside the application window - they are not free floating). Some of my windows are behind other windows. There is no way to get a list of all open windows so I can bring to the front the one I want. The Window menu is supposed to be your list of all open windows. read more...

— If I jump between Level II screen and charts it would be nice to see the symbol you have on the Level II screen be the default on the chart so as to eliminate typing in the symbol again (for the chart). Not a big deal but I assume programatically it would be fairly simple. read more...

— Every time I start Navigator Pro I have to resize my indicator studies according to my preferences. Saving Style and Workplace has no affect. It would be nice to set spacing once and for all.
Indicator studies could also benefit from a more flexible and uniform way of setting horizontal lines. Most Navigator studies now allow for up to 2 horizontal lines while 3 (or more) would be better (e.g., Williams' Percent R and Wilder's RSI generally have top, bottom and middle horizontal lines. read more...

— The navigator PRO have automatic calculation of percentages in the TTO order, but not calculate the money that win or lost refered to this percentages. I desire that show the expected money that i can win or lost with each percentage. Altrougth, when buying, i desire that the program calculate the money ammount of the inversion, based in price * number of stocks or lots. And when putting combined orders with stop loss or sell limit, say the expected money that i can lost or win. Thanks. read more...

— I would like to have the option to visualize the spread and range in pips instead of cents in the watchlist window. Eg: EUR/USD now shows 0.000090, would like to see 0.90; USD/JPY now shows 0.0120, would like to see 1.20; the way it is now, there are too many zeros cluttering the column. read more...
