8 months, 25 days ago — Every Friday, a red alert pops up on my desktop warning me about Options Expiration. Also a bold red message appears in many places inside Desktop Pro. If an account does not have any option postions open, please do not use the alert or the messages inside Desktop Pro. They are very annoying.

9 months, 16 days ago — I think supporting backfill (atleast ONE day) would help you gain and keep customers. I am on the verge of changing brokers because i am tired of waking up to find out quotetracker has crashed, my electricity went out during the night, or my internet had a disruption making it so i can not trade that day at all because all my indicators like volume, volume by price, trend lines, and paintbars are all wrong and my charts have huge gaps in them. There is no way for me to trade that day and i usualy miss out on moves i could have been in if i had the data. It is starting to realy effect my trading profitability.
Please, please support atleast ONE day backfill....please!!!
Im not sure how much longer i can take this.

9 months, 13 days ago — In the new Desktop Pro you can select Main Session or All Sessions for charts. All Sessions gives you access to pre-market and post-market data. It is frustrating that Desktop Pro does not remember your selection from the last login (or rather the last time you saved your desktop settings). Everytime when I log in, it shows Main Session even though I saved my desktop with All Sessions. This means every morning I have to select All Sessions again.

6 months, 11 days ago — My comment is about the idea submittal process. In the past month I have submitted several ideas. After the idea was submitted it was acknowledged to be added to the queue; but, they have never showed up in the printed list.
The Idea Exchange is a collaboration between the trader and MBT. Is it possible to a rejected idea list? This way the traders would know that the idea was considered but would not be implemented. That way I feel that I am still an active part of the process and not just dropped into a black hole somewhere. read more...

4 months, 20 days ago — I would like to see the Daily Pivot Points study on MBT Desktop Pro reprogrammed to allow the option of only plotting of ONLY the current day's pivot points, i.e. all of the pivot points from R3 to S3 would be displayed on the chart, but only for the current day, not all the prior days as well. This wold significantly reduce the clutter on the chart. A lot of other charting programs have the option to display all prior days or just display the current day's pivot points.
I have read similar suggestions to my request here and they were referred to writing a custom formula. However, this does not solve the issue as we would need to write a formula for each pivot line and these lines are still displayed for all prior days as well. The easiest thing to do is to just reprogram the default Daily Pivot Point study.
In addition, I would love to also have Weekly (and maybe monthly) pivot points added to MBT Desktop Pro with the same features I'm describing above.

For forex, suppose I want the opening time of a new daily candle to be GMT 0.. Can we customize this on desktop pro?
I trade with daily timeframe and GMT 0 is just convinient for me. This may vary for someone else on another timeframe.
Even better would be daily candle time based on local time zone (XX:XX am/pm local time)

1 year, 7 months ago — In the current build of NavPro(on XP_SP3), the pivot point study is not functional. It squeezes the chart until it is unreadable. The first thing would be to get it working on what im assuming would be the D1 timeframe.
Next, PLEASE give us H4, Weekly and Monthly pivot options.
These are extremely important levels and plotting them manually is a.... Bitch. :-)
Unless I'm missing something, this is the one major flaw I see in NavPro. Other than that, this is a fantastic, pro app(at least for a pretty much naked trader like me). Congratulations. Now I can get away from MT4!
