— For folks using the SDK, you need to 2 logins: one for use with Desktop Pro and the other for use with your program. The problem is if you ever try to use the same login for Desktop Pro and your program, the last one in will die silently. So if you are running your program and have logged in, then you try to fire up Desktop Pro and login with the same login, Desktop Pro will just go away. No error message. No warning. It just disappears. Similarly, if you have Desktop Pro loaded and you try to run your program and login, your program will just end without warning.
If you cannot let users login to Desktop Pro and their programs with the same login, could you please pop up an error message indicating this if and when they try (because they will). So if you are logged into your program and you try to load Desktop Pro and login with the same login, please show an error message indicating "Login ID already in use. Please use a different login" or something similar. read more...

— My comment is about the idea submittal process. In the past month I have submitted several ideas. After the idea was submitted it was acknowledged to be added to the queue; but, they have never showed up in the printed list.
The Idea Exchange is a collaboration between the trader and MBT. Is it possible to a rejected idea list? This way the traders would know that the idea was considered but would not be implemented. That way I feel that I am still an active part of the process and not just dropped into a black hole somewhere. read more...

— It is important to have Navigator disconnected during rollover.
To the list of events one can choose to have an email sent, please add rollover in 5 minutes to warn us when its coming by email, and another email when Rollover completes.
Since Navigator shouldn't be running during rollover, we can't see the internal Navigator alert window that conveys the Rollover Complete message. read more...

— It would be nice if there was a vertical scroll bar in the prices window of Market Depth. This way you could scroll back in time to see T&S prices that occurred earlier than the 10 or so prices that show in the window. In the Preferences for Market Depth, there is a check box for Vertical Scroll Bar. But I have it turned on and there is no vertical scroll bar. read more...

— I have experienced on several occassions a problem with how Metatrader calculates balances upon the closure of trades, it is my understanding that this has been a problem for two years. I would think brokerages have some ability to work with the software vendors to correct issues that their clients are experiencing with the sofware that their redistributing and "supporting". I am suggesting that this issue gets corrected and MB Trading is active in advocating for their clients. read more...

— In the new Desktop Pro you can select Main Session or All Sessions for charts. All Sessions gives you access to pre-market and post-market data. It is frustrating that Desktop Pro does not remember your selection from the last login (or rather the last time you saved your desktop settings). Everytime when I log in, it shows Main Session even though I saved my desktop with All Sessions. This means every morning I have to select All Sessions again. read more...

— In Desktop Pro, there is a column for p&l in the Positions window. The open p&l only shows the p&l based on yesterday's closing price. Please include a column to show absolute OPEN p&l - that is the p&l based on the original purchase price. read more...

— Candle and bar charts are showing very small fake tails on all Forex pairs. I'm not sure if it's also doing this on stocks. Is this for aesthetic reasons? I would like the option to turn this off, or just fix it. Every bar that has a body has a tail, and this is inaccurate, as sometimes the bar closes at its low, or at its high. I don't want to see a tail on either end of the bar unless it is accurate according to the info box, as this is misleading. It is easiest to spot these inaccuracies in the smaller timeframes. If you need a picture, I will send one in the comments, as I can't seem to add a picture in the main post. read more...
