To make MBT a perfect broker we need lower commissions. There are now a few ECN brokers with currenex which have spreads similar to MBT and where its possible to open an account with $2000 minimum deposit and commissions 2 times lower than MBT has. read more...

Either make Navigator work through HTTP so that it can bypass the company's proxy, or have a web based Navigator. I think it is easy to implement a HTTP-based Navigator and this is my preferred choice too. read more...

Would be nice to have DOM or something similar on MBT navigator. It adds so much convenience to the trading, especially short term.

Out of all partners of MBT, only Ninja Trader has it and it doesnt work properly with MBT (order volumes are not shown on the ladder, only the cumulative volume) read more...

Why not simply record the webinars instead of the necessity of registering. If people want to ask questions, then perhaps they could register for the next event, but my guess is it would be better for many if we could just watch at our convenience. read more...

I would like to see in the P&L an area that shows price bought at, price sold at and then the profit or loss, so that I don't have to go in and do the math.

Ameritrade has a simple format. If that could be followed, that would be great. read more...

it would be nice to be able to activate a trailing stop once a certain level has been hit. for example .. i enter eur/usd at 1.4210 with a stop at 1.4205. once 1.4235 is reached, i'd like to have the 1.4205 stop canceled, and a trailing stop put in place. this is useful when you expect an instrument to move eventually .. but for the moment it remains range bound (for hours). read more...

In light of new rules, offer the "order type" option of placing a long order (if price goes above x) and a short order (if price goes below y) at the same time; then whichever order is triggered would cancel the one that wasn't triggered. read more...

If it would be possible to send funds to (for example) Wells Fargo London with final beneficiary MBTrading, all MB customers would save a lot of money in banking fees. Wire transfers within the EU are free and fast. The status quo, an international wire in USD from Europe is the worst possible way of doing this.

There is a separate idea already submitted regarding base account currency in euros that is also necessary for this to work. Holding the funds in USD is not viable for European customers:

1) it incurs high banking fees
2) it incurs currency risk which i need to hedge which subsequently
a) incurs daily roll over fees
b) binds margin

Please improve the situation for European customers. There are 360 million people living in the euro-area affected by this, so i think it would be worth the investment.

Hello,

Currently in Navigator, I can enter a position with 1 click, if my Order Entry preferences are set up correctly. To exit a position, I have to perform multiple functions to cancel open orders and close my open positions.

I would like to see an additional button (Close of Flatten) that would cancel my open orders and close my open positions in 1 click.

In MAT, the closing of an open position requires me to first cancel my open orders, select the Close radio button, ensure I have properly selected the Cover or Sell option, and select Limit or Market as the order type, and then press Submit.

Having a 1 button Close or Flatten Everything button would simplify this for me greatly.

Thank you for your your consideration.

There has been a change in the equities commission plan, and now the minimum is $4.95 per trade.

I loved the $1 minimum commission plan (PLAN A) as I trade in small amounts now. And based on this plan, I have recommended many friends to MBT as it is the cheapest way to begin trading in the stock market.

Vote for the return of the $1 minimum commission plan =) read more...
