Navigator lacks DOM Basic buttons

—  Navigator needs the basic bottons on depth of market:

1) Cancel all Bids
2) Cancel all Offers
3) Close position
4) Reverse Position
5) Close EVERYTHING
6) Pour Cold Beer

Navigator needs Advanced Stop management:

1) Stops need to have the ability to be  placed and modified,  dragged and dropped to new levels, on the depth of market limit book.
2) OCO orders need to be kept on the mbt servers, as do trailing stops.

Navigator needs Trade performance Stats Module which can be used to sort and evaluate account  performance statistics
