Add Rollover INitiates in 5 Minutes and Rollover Completed to Email Al

It is important to have Navigator disconnected during rollover. 

To the list of events one can choose to have an email sent, please add rollover in 5 minutes to warn us when its coming by email, and another email when Rollover  completes.

Since Navigator shouldn't be running during rollover, we can't see the internal Navigator alert window that conveys the Rollover Complete message.

There is nothing wrong with leaving the Desktop on through rollover. We cant do emails it would take a lot longer than five mins to get them all out.

OK, good to know. I was told by tech a few years ago not to let Navigator run through rollover as it populated it with errant data. Perhaps that is no longer the case.
